Kidz Alive - "Breaking Free" event pt 2

The activities were great fun and they ranged from a drama, to soccer, volleyball, relay races, a walk to a nearby river and little games called “Do as I do” and “Follow the leader. The drama focused on how children can respond to their parents – the good, the bad and the ugly. A question and answer time followed and the children were encouraged to obey their parents/guardians.
Relay races at Crossroads

After lunch, the children had a final session where one of the facilitators, Mbekezele Moyo shared the story of Daniel in the Lion’s Den. He motivated and encouraged the children to trust in God and to have faith in Him because He is able to set us FREE.

Catering ladies doing an excellent job in preparing a meal for the children.
We look forward to our next Kidz Alive event which will probably be a “sleep over” at Crossroads. Happy days are ahead of us!
