Munyaradzi Siziba from Thembalezizwe Church shared a
timely message this morning from Joshua 3: 1 – 17
As the Israelites were about to enter the promised land
there were certain requirements that needed to be met.
1. The people needed to purify themselves before
crossing the Jordan River. We all know what is going on in our hearts and
lives. For a breakthrough to occur, we need to purify ourselves.
2. The Priests were to lead: The Priests had to
enter the river first before the people followed. The people needed to follow
the instructions from the Priests. We have many rivers in our lives and
therefore we need to follow instructions carefully.
3. Munya
encouraged the folk at Crossroads not to become so distracted by mobile phones.
People bring phones to church and while the worship or the word is being
preached, people are busy using their phones instead of focusing on God. God
knows our hearts and He knows what we are doing.
