Virginia, USA calling in at Kezi, Zimbabwe

Gary Darcus

It was wonderful having Gary Darcus from Virginia, USA visit us at Crossroads on Sunday. He encouraged the church with a short word from Exodus about Moses. The gist of his message was that God has given all of us something – a talent, gift, ability which is the “possibility/hope” of our lives for us to make a difference in this world.
Moses came across a difficulty: when he led the people out of Egypt: he came to the Red Sea on one side and the army was behind. We all will come across difficulties in our lives and we need to trust God, trust His word and He’ll give us the answers. Moses had a rod and God told him to hold it out and the waters of the Red Sea parted. In our difficulty, God will part the waters and allow us to see breakthrough.

Gary encouraged us not to lose HOPE but to use what God has given us. God said He would do exceedingly, abundantly, above that, which we can imagine or begin to think. How? With the spirit of God, NOTHING is IMPOSSIBLE.
