Matthew 16V19
I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; whatever you bind on earth will be[d] bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be[e] loosed in heaven.”

Matthew 18V18
“Truly I tell you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven."

The keys: Permission, Authority, Ability to enter and transact
bind: in bonds, knit, fasten, tie and wind
whatever: Big word

BINDING: 2 kinds:
1. Imprisons and chains
2. Holds and heals – Proverbs 3v3 Let love and faithfulness never leave you;
bind them around your neck,
write them on the tablet of your heart.
Isaiah 61v1 The Spirit of the Sovereign LORD is on me, because the LORD has anointed me
to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the broken-hearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners..."

Bind your will thoughts etc to the will of God. “Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.” i.e. to TRUTH
