Matthew 28:18 - 20 "Then Jesus came to them and said, All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptising them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."A mule doesn't have the ability to reproduce. It works hard though.
We see from the scripture that Jesus was encouraging the disciples to go and make disciples of all nations. Is that what we are doing at Crossroads? Are we making disciples? Let's start in our homes - making disciples of our siblings, parents, children etc. We need to reproduce other Christians. what is a Christian? It's being Christ - Like. we have a Physical Birth and a Spiritual Birth.
Imitate Christ. When people look at me what do they see. Be an example that others want to follow. "Follow me as I follow after Christ." Be an example for Christ in all that we do. be hardworking, honest, trustworthy. "Make disciples.......... and teach them everything I have commanded you."Stephen encouraged the church to go into the world and be a good example and make disciples.
